Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of syntaxtalents.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Syntax Talents ("we", "us", or "our"), including IT recruitment, staffing, dedicated teams, project outsourcing, RPO solutions, and graduate training programs. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes, including browsing our services, submitting inquiries, requesting to hire talent, applying to open positions, or applying to our graduate training program. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to bypass any security measures such as our spam-protection checks.

2. Accuracy of Information

When you submit a form on the Site — including the contact form, hiring request form, job applications, or graduate program application — you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of any resume, cover letter, or other material you upload.

3. Job Applications & Recruitment

Submitting a job or graduate program application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement. We review applications at our discretion and will contact candidates whose profiles match current or future opportunities. Information you submit for recruitment purposes may be retained for consideration in future openings, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Hiring Requests & Services

Submitting a hiring request or project inquiry through the Site is not a binding agreement. Any engagement for our recruitment, staffing, software development, or other services will be governed by a separate agreement or statement of work signed between Syntax Talents and the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Syntax Talents or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase for data storage, Web3Forms for email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Your use of the Site is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntax Talents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
