We also automatically collect limited technical information (such as browser type and general usage data) through standard web technologies to keep the Site secure and functioning correctly.

Form submissions and uploaded resumes are stored securely using Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Form notifications are delivered to our team via Web3Forms. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions are made by humans and not automated bots; Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) as part of that verification.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers named above, to the extent necessary to operate the Site, or where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain application, hiring-request, and contact data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining records of candidates for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us at any time by contacting us using the details below.

6. Cookies

The Site may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for security features such as Cloudflare Turnstile to function. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
